Two men were arrested on Thursday in Preah Sihanoukville’s Kampong Seila district for discharging a weapon into the air. The men, 34 and 38, are soldiers who, at the time, were moonlighting as guards on a farm in the district.

According to nearby villagers, without cause, the men fired off eight rounds into the air. The frightened locals reported it to police, who confiscated the men’s AK-47.
