A mischievous joy ride ended badly early yesterday morning when a 15-year-old who had stolen a tuk-tuk in Por Sen Chey district crashed it into a pregnant woman, seriously injuring her, according to police.
The owner, 24, came home at about 4am and went to sleep. One hour later, the teen, now at the wheel of the tuk-tuk, hit the woman, but the owner was unaware of the accident until he filed a complaint with police. The teen was arrested shortly thereafter. KOH SANTEPHEAP
