Responsible party in moto clash a mystery

A woman driving an aging moto trashed an oncoming Hyundai when the two collided on Wednesday evening on a road in Svay Rieng province’s Bavet commune.

Police are finding it hard to assign blame. The moto’s front light was out and the driver of the Hyundai, a Vietnamese man, was travelling at full speed on his way home.

The woman’s injuries left her hospitalised and both vehicles have been impounded while police decide who to charge over the incident.
