A 34-year-old was arrested by Battambang police after using his moto as a battering ram on Thursday.

The suspect – who police later confirmed had consumed a significant amount of alcohol – was accused of trying to ram patrolling traffic police with his moto, before insulting them and bashing two officers with a stick.

The drunken rider’s assault ended in his arrest, and he has been sent to a rehabilitation centre.
