Road rage results in skulls being rattled

A mechanic, 20, was badly injured after being attacked by two men Monday night in Oddar Meanchey’s Anglong Veng district.

Police said the victim was riding a motorbike home with a coworker when two suspects sped past.

The victim, clearly concerned about road safety, shouted about the dangers of passing into oncoming traffic.

The men drove away, but looped back wielding wooden sticks.

They beat the victim over the head and rode into the night.

The victim was hospitalised. Police are searching for the suspects.
