Romance never works with a meat cleaver

Jealousy is not something to be trifled with, as three young men discovered when they picked a fight with two hoodlums who were fraternising with a girl they had set their sights on.

The two suspects – aged 25 and 29 – left a Dangkor district restaurant in Phnom Penh where the women worked on Tuesday night when they were approached by three men who had been waiting for her.

An argument ensued and the two men escorting the lady took to the trio with a meat cleaver and a stick. KOH SANTEPHEAP
