Rough-riding crew runs into long arm of the law

A trio of modern cowboys was nabbed in Preah Sihanouk province on Monday. They might not have been stealing stallions or wearing steel-toed boots, but the gun-toting boys had built up a reputation for waving around guns and pinching motorbikes in the province.
