A sexist of alleged drug traffickers was picked up by Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet district police on Sunday after the suspects got a visible case of nerves and attempted to flee.
Authorities say they scouted out the men near the border and managed to catch them after a brief chase.
Once apprehended, the men were allegedly found to be carrying 60 pills of illegal drugs in their pockets, prompting the suspects to confess that they had intended to sell them to someone at the border. The six men have been sent to court.
