Saturday night ruined by samurai wannabes

Six gangsters were arrested in Kratie on Saturday night for alleged drunken swordfighting in public.

That night, three men from one gang, plus two men and a girlfriend from a rival group, had been dancing at the same club.

In the heat of the moment, one man touched the girlfriend’s hand and didn’t apologise.

Outside, the men attacked each other with samurai swords causing serious injuries.

Police intervened, arresting everyone while sending the injured to the hospital.
