Scammers’ arrests just what the doctor ordered

A hospital visit to a “sick friend” turned out to be nothing more than a sick scheme to rob patients at the provincial hospital in Kratie on Sunday.

Police said two 20-somethings said they were there to visit a patient, then immediately began lightening the wallets of families there for legitimate reasons – including funds meant to pay for treatment.
