Chamkarmon district police are on the lookout for two men who callously attacked a pair of young motorbike-riding victims in Phnom Penh on Sunday.

Police said the suspects chased down the duo on their own bikes, before knocking them off their vehicles, causing serious injuries.

The victims were admitted to hospital, while the suspects escaped. As nothing was stolen, and the attack clearly wasn’t accidental, police believe revenge over an unknown tiff was likely the motivation. Kampuchea Thmey
