A 41-year-old woman’s luck ran out on Wednesday after police in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district discovered she was running numbers out of her home.

Police said that they raided her home and discovered the illegal lottery, though 10 participants managed to escape the scene.

A neighbour confirmed that people gathered at the house to gamble, and the suspect has been sent to court.
