Seeming Samaritan robs PP accident victim

Seeming Samaritan robs PP accident victim

A motorcyclist was left physically and emotionally hurt after a motorbike crashed into him from behind in the capital’s Stung Meanchey commune on Saturday.

The reckless rider fled immediately, but the injured motorcyclist temporarily had his faith in humanity restored when a separate man pulled over and showed concern, only to have it mercilessly dashed.

While the victim was still on the ground, the seemingly concerned party hopped onto the victim’s motorbike and took off, leaving his crummy one behind.
