Shophouse to jailhouse: One dealer’s journey

Don't be fooled by those cans of grass jelly drink, a mum 'n’ pop grocer in Kampot town was nothing more than a front for drug sales, according to police.

The woman’s careful front collapsed on Tuesday when authorities, acting on a tip, raided the shophouse during a transaction and found nearly 70 pills of illegal drugs on the premises.

She’s now awaiting trial.
