Shoplifters beat queues in wholesale racket

Seven shoplifters went wholesale on Tuesday. The looters seized the chance to bag clothes from a factory in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district after spotting the security guard asleep.

Police saw the intruders hopping the factory’s fence and arrested them. They admitted to the crime and have been sent to court. Kampuchea Thmey
