A 28-year-old woman was arrested on Saturday for injuring a neighbour in Kandal province’s Ang Snuol district. Police said the suspect’s sister was arguing with a woman who allegedly poured waste in front of the sister’s home.

A scuffle ensued, and the suspect allegedly grabbed a hoe and hit her sister’s adversary in the head, leaving her unconscious on the ground. The victim was hospitalised, and police arrived and arrested the woman. RASMEI KAMPUCHEA
