Siem Reap drug raid snares seven dealers

Police successfully stopped traffic in Siem Reap town on Wednesday after they arrested a team of seven for alleged illegal drug use and trafficking.

According to the local authorities, officers raided their house where the suspects’ attempt at flight was short-lived.

Several packages of illegal substances and paraphernalia were seized along with the posse, who subsequently admitted to selling drugs. They have now been sent to court.
