Sihanoukville snatching duo snared by police

A Russian tourist had his night ruined on Saturday when he fell victim to Sihanoukville bag snatchers.

His assailants, two lads aged 22 and 28, arguably got the worse deal though.

Police promptly caught up with them and the pair are now being detained in the provincial police station, where a complaint has been filed against them.

So far police have confiscated a bag, a phone, a Visa card and a scooter from the twosome.
