Police in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town arrested a mute burglar on Monday, following a string of break-ins.
Two separate victims filed complaints, saying that a home and a hair salon were burglarised last week.
A police investigation yielded the suspect, who allegedly confessed to his crimes and showed authorities his rental home where he kept the loot.
Cops found a computer, a camera, stone-cutting tools, electrical wires and more.
The victims didn’t get all of their belongings back, as the suspect had already sold some.
