Smooth operators not as smooth as they thought

A pair of lotharios are about to enjoy a judicially enforced cold streak after getting pinched for stealing a tourist’s handbag on Saturday.

Police said the duo, who in their confession claimed to be broke thanks to the vast number of dates they went on, were in Daun Penh district when they grabbed the bag of a walking foreigner and bolted.

Unfortunately for them, military police saw the whole thing, and ran them down. KOH SANTEPHEAP
