Snatching phone sees young thief pinched

The world is full of smartphones – and dumb people – these days.

Case in point: a 20-year-old man was arrested on Sunday in the capital’s Russey Keo district for attempting to jack an iPhone from the hands of a teenager.

Luckily, passersby saw the robbery unfold and called police, who proceeded to arrest the suspect.

The 15-year-old victim suffered slight injuries; the suspect was sent to court.
