Snoozing civil servant sees motorbike stolen

A second civil servant made Blotter today, this time as the victim. Police said a city employee had left his motorbike outside Sihanoukville City Hall, where he has a room.

On waking up on Tuesday, he discovered the bike was gone, with only a few broken bits left lying on the lawn.

It took the better part of a day, but before daybreak the next morning, local cops had found the heisted bike at the home of a fisherman, who confessed to its theft.
