Solitary sucker goes, then gets taken, for ride

A motodop drinking companion proved less than trustworthy for a capital man late last night.

Our victim hailed a motorbike to take him to a restaurant to meet friends, but when they didn’t show, invited the motodop to drink instead.

Before hitting a second bar, the trusting mark suggested they grab his car to get around more easily, which they did, until he passed out drunk.

Not believing his luck, the motodop took the opportunity to pinch the car keys and take off.

According to the car’s GPS, it was well on its way to Kampong Cham.
