A drunk driver made bowling pins out of a series of pedestrians in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district on Saturday night.
According to police, a 32-year-old male drunk driver managed to hit an off-duty motodop, porridge vendor and a cart selling roast beef before coming to a stop, leaving two men needing hospitalisation.
The car’s driver tried to quietly resolve the accident by offering compensation, but the victims’ families refused the money and called police. Kampuchea Thmey
