Speeding moto driver slams into parked car

A joyride in the capital ended in tears on Saturday after a young moto rider crashed into a car in Sen Sok district.

Police reported that the 24-year-old was speeding solo down the street when he rode into the parked car, and that both vehicles and the motorist suffered serious damage.

The owner of the car has demanded compensation for the damages, but the young man is himself undergoing repairs in hospital while police negotiate a solution.
