Speedy smuggler’s crash logged by police

A speeding man driving a car loaded with illegal wood lost control of his vehicle, causing it to plunge into a ditch in Kratie province.

The man, who found himself trapped in his vehicle, frantically smashed his window and managed to abscond and evade the Snuol district police who arrived a while later.

Believed to have been destined for Vietnam, the car has since impounded, while the driver remains at large.
