Two ex-cons stole a motorbike a farmer had parked on the roadside in Takeo’s Koh Andet district on Sunday.

The farmer, 47, had stopped to take a take a look at his rice crop when the two men spotted the two-wheeler and jumped on.

The farmer alerted the police, who chased them down, only for the 36-year-old to leg it to freedom.
