Stone-throwing thugs rounded up overnight

Three motorbikes have proved insufficient to deliver a group of thieves from police arrest.

According to police, the mob of seven was arrested after they were found in Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon district beating and throwing stones at a victim who was riding home on his moto.

Police worked throughout the night to apprehend all suspects by morning, at which time they confiscated three vehicles and sent the group to face legal action.
