Suicidal barber talked down from a rooftop

A sharp-eyed Pursat city resident prevented a potential tragedy yesterday, after he spied a man sitting nervously on the edge of a hospital roof.

Police were alerted, who proceeded to talk the troubled man down from the edge.

The man in question was reported to have been a distraught barber whose caretaker had left, although police suspect he may have been on drugs and are submitting him to testing.
