Suspected moto thieves caught with ‘lockpicks’

Police nabbed three suspected moto-jackers in Russey Keo commune on Friday.

While on nighttime patrol, the officers saw the trio behaving “very suspiciously” and decided to check them over.

They found tools and 10 pieces of steel wire, which they suspect were used as lockpicks for stealing motorbikes.

All three were sent to the Russey Keo district headquarters to await an appearance at Phnom Penh Municipal Court.
