A spree of sorts in Kratie town was stopped short by one of the victims after a man allegedly tried to steal her necklace.

The suspect, 40, started out by allegedly robbing a 22-year-old man’s motorbike while he was at the market.

The suspect then tried to steal a woman’s necklace while she crossed a street, but she pushed him off the bike, injuring him.

Police arrived on the scene and sent the man to hospital prior to his detainment. DEUM AMPIL
