Two women stole a woman’s phone while she was using it in a Poipet market on Monday, with one suspect snatching it and then handing it to the other suspect before escaping. But market security, while admiring the alleged thieves’ nerve, arrested the duo afterwards and handed the phone back to the victim. DEUM AMPIL
