Suspects scuttled by random encounter

It's not the easiest thing denying thievery when the owner catches you. But that’s just what happened on Saturday morning when two men in Kampong Chhnang town came face to face with the restaurant owner they had stolen two cellphones and an iPod from just the night before.

Police said the restaurateur called out for police and the duo were arrested and confessed. Cops also confiscated their motorbike, while the victim got his electronics back. KOH SANTEPHEAP
