Sword-swinging teen seized outside school

Sword-swinging teen seized outside school

A 16-year-old student who was caught wielding a fake sword at Phnom Penh’s West Line school on Saturday has himself felt the sharp edge of police justice.

Tuol Kork district officers reported that 10 gangsters at the school got their hands on three fake swords and tried to attack a 15-year-old peer while he was riding home from school on his moto.

They were intercepted in the act and the ringleader was arrested with the victim unscathed. The same, however, could not be said for his chopped-up vehicle.
