Four suspected drug delivery men were busted on Sunday getting high on their own supply. Patrolling cops allegedly spotted the men sitting at Phnom Penh’s Kandal market taking drugs and moved in to make the arrests.
A search of the suspects turned up 20 packets of drugs. The suspects reportedly confessed to being drug delivery men. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
