Tardy phone buyer in dire need of a calendar

One man in Battambang got a lesson on timeliness on Saturday, when putting off mobile phone payments landed him in police custody.

The suspect promised a cold, hard cash exchange for his phone when he made the purchase, but failed to produce by pay day. When he asked to delay the payment by a week, the seller saw red.

An argument between the pair caught the attention of police, who broke up the spat and arrested them both. DEUM AMPIL
