In the wee hours of yesterday morning in the capital’s Russey Keo district, six men on three motorbikes wielding two guns threatened a 15-year-old driving his moto.

Police said the teen was driving home from a uni party with a 23-year-old friend when the sextet emerged alongside and ordered them to stop.
