Teen cashes landlord’s moto in for party grub

A young man bit off more than he could chew in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district. The teen borrowed his landlord’s motorbike to drive to a nearby village last October and reportedly never came back.

On Sunday, the landlord spotted him and immediately called the police. The thief was arrested and he confessed to pawning the bike for $250 and spending the money on food at parties, police said. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
