Teen steals moto under guise of paying off bills

After paying his electricity bill in an Electricite du Cambodge office in Mondulkiri‘s Sen Monorom town on Saturday, a man found his pockets light and his moto missing.

The victim parked his moto in front of the EdC office and reported it was stolen while he was inside.

A security guard saw a 19-year-old man pretending to pay his bills speed away with the moto.

The teen was pursued and handed over to the police.

His case was sent to court.
