Three teen schoolboys can probably expect a much rougher education after allegedly becoming involved in a drug ring with a 27-year-old soldier.

Acting on a tip on Monday, police raided a suspected drug den in the capital’s Sen Sok district, where the four were found plying their trade and arrested.
