Ten youngsters crammed onto three speeding motorbikes were injured when their racing machines crashed into each other in Kampong Chhnang town on Sunday.
Traffic cops said the victims were aged between 18 and 20 and that one of the drivers was drunk.
Police added that they decided to send all of those involved in the pile-up to hospital before trying to work out which of the racing youths were to blame.
Some of those involved sustained head injuries, and their motorbikes were also said to be in a bad way.
