With these cuffs, I thee arrest – cop to groom

Police reunited a man with his long lost motorcycle while simultaneously disrupting the union of two lovers.

A 25 year-old man returning to the Banteay Meanchey’s Sisophon district to be married was arrested on Monday when police recognised him from a 2011 warrant.

Police attempted to arrest the suspect two years prior, but the vandal took off for another province.

The suspect confessed to stealing the motorcycle and said he returned, thinking police had forgotten his crime. Hopefully he has a better excuse for his fiancee. Koh Santepheap
