Two women made sure to wrap up negotiations quickly after they drove their car through a villager’s flower pots and left before Phnom Penh police arrived early on Monday.
The 20-year-olds tagged the topiary while speeding in Chaktomuk commune. When the owner demanded $300 in compensation they countered with an offer of $200, which was accepted.
Cops came to the scene to see only the debris as the ladies had already hit the road.
