A government building probably isn’t the safest place of refuge for an escaping jewelry thief.

According to police, the pair snatched a necklace from a woman off the streets before fleeing on a motorbike.

Police gave chase and the men soon stopped to get away on foot. Unfortunately for them, they ran straight into the Ministry for Women’s Affairs and were quickly rounded up. DEUM AMPIL
