Thief caught living the dream of being a motodop

A Preah Sihanouk province man was arrested this week, not while attempting to sell an allegedly stolen motorbike – as is often the case – but as he was putting it to work.

Police said the man had stolen the moto last week from a female market-goer, who spotted him on Tuesday carrying a passenger on the pilfered ride.

Police chased down and arrested the man, who confessed to stealing the bike so he could become a motodop. Koh Santepheap
