An amateur urban climber was arrested in Kratie town on Monday after the 32-year-old hopped a company fence before getting caught by a security guard.

According to police, the man initially said he scaled the fence for no reason and that he simply did it for fun.

After a few hours of questioning, however, he admitted that he had planned to steal something before being spotted by the guard. He was sent to court. Kampuchea Thmey
