Seven trucks left a Por Sen Chey district garment factory on Tuesday, but only six made it to their destination.
Following up on complaint from the factory’s administrator, the police tracked down the truck’s drivers, 22 and 25, who were found with more than 1,400 items of clothing, valued at more than $10,000.
The would-be clothes horses quickly admitted their misdeed, pleading poverty as their excuse. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
