Keeping safety a number-one priority didn’t save a young woman from capital thieves who stole her phone in Boeung Kak I commune on Wednesday.

Getting a call during her drive, the victim pulled over in front of a pizza shop to take it. Passing thugs, unfortunately, seized the opportunity to take the electronic out of her hand and drive away.

After briefly trying to pursue the cell snatchers on her own, the woman gave up and went to file a complaint with police, who were luckily able to identify two suspects. Her fingers were crossed the men were, in fact, the sticky-fingered fiends.
