Thoughtless driving causes head injury

Four people were left injured when a pair of motorbikes slammed into each other in Ratanakkiri province’s O’Chum district on Saturday. Cops said a couple changed lanes at excessive speed without signalling, leaving an oncoming man with his niece aboard no time to react.

The man sustained head injuries and had to go to hospital, but his niece and the couple were only left nursing minor injuries. NOKORWAT
