Three on a bike proves a painful distraction

Political advertising can really smack you in the face, and it did just that for three men in Pailin’s Sala Krao district on Wednesday, who slammed into a political billboard, seriously injuring one.

Police say the three men had been out drinking and, on their motorbike ride home, their incessant talking distracted the driver, 20, resulting in the crash.

While the two on the back came out unscathed, the driver broke two fingers.
